Only specific users name should appear in the serviceNow filter condition

Hi everyone,

Requirement: Only selected users should appear in the drop-down or list when using a filter condition in case table. This ensures that the filter shows names based on specific criteria, roles or group.

you can't control any filter there when user clicks Advanced view in workspace

Hi Ankur

Basically users whoever belong to contact table their names should not be visible on the filter
