Opening favorites in Service Operations Workspace

Hello, when I open a favorite while operating out of SOW it takes me to a list of records with the view "Service Operations Workspace" but it has the normal backend UI. Is there a way to open favorites but stay in the SOW UI?

Hi Andrew,

You might have already tried but here is an idea:

1. Modify the URL for the Favorite - Navigate to the record or list you want in the SOW and copy the URL. Update or create a new favorite with this link.
2. Ensure the favorite URL includes the workspace's base URL, which typically looks like: “https://<instance>.service-now.com/sow?id=<list_in_sow>”
