Hello Team,
Is there any out of box integration available with Opmanager. Please share some knowledge document which can help to setup this integration.
And if integration is available then how to map which priority, category, sub category etc. will be populated once incident is created in servicenow and if CI is auto created from OpManager then how to map the class, family and other attribute in servicenow.
Please suggest/help.
Thanks,
Manish

Hi,
Please refer to Opmanager official documentation on setting up integration. It explains the steps required to set it up.

Thank you so much for swift response.
But how mapping is done not explained in the document like if an incident is created then which category, subcategory, priority and other attribute will be populated.
And on creation of CI how to map the class and family and other attribute.
Thanks,
Manish

They have mentioned it to be a tight integration setup with the UI and they also support email integrations. I suggest you to post this query in their forum to get a better response.
