We are configuring an Order Guide and have a challenge. On the step to Choose Options, we would like to have some of the items setup in the Rule Base automatically flag as Included, and others Not Included.
Our reasoning behind this is to offer some OPTIONAL items that are not necessarily required
In the sample image below, when accessing this Order Guide from the Portal, we would like the Choose Options step to have a mixture of included and non-included items. I have identified the line in the widget’s server script to set the value, but is there a way to set which specific items are true?
We are new to Order Guides…is there a more efficient way to achieve the results?
