Order Guide has no items to order in Service portal

Order Guide has no items to order in Service portal. this catalog item is working fine in Servicenow website but  in Service portal I am only able to fill in the new hire details and when I click next I am seeing this error "Order Guide has no items to order in Service portal"

Any suggestions why it is not working in Service portal

Have you checked the Rule base for the Order guide?:

(those are the rules that determine which items are included in the 2nd screen (from your screenshot)).

  • Make sure conditions are true
  • Make sure the Item to include is active and available for Service Portal
  • Check if the separate items are accessible in Service Portal for the user you are testing with.
