when case is assigned to "XXX" group in provider instance , Incident should be created with some default values in consumer instance.
I am looking for help on below field mappings
field map1: Case(provider) form, we have field called "u_reference_number", that should passed to "customer_number" in Incident(consumer). both are string fields.
fieldmap2: Incident should created with default values "business Service" as "Servicenow". business service is reference field.
how can we achieve this. I have tried these with virtual option but didn't get any.
