Owners of Dashboard

Hi All,

I have created dashboard with 5-7 reports (bar chart) and I am the primary owner of this dashboard. I want to add 3 more people as a secondary owner. They should have Edit, View access. so what steps I need to take to do this?

PS-I tried sharing with 'can edit' option but I believe none of them were able to edit the dashboard by their end.

Hi Mayur,

  1. Navigate to Reports > View / Run and select the report you want to control.
  2. Select the report you want to share with users
  3. Go to "Style" tab > Click on Share button
  4. Click on Users tab and select the users you want to share with.

Hi Sunil,

 

Appreciate your quick response. As per your Answer, I can only share the individual reports with my manager and seniors. but I assume they will have to arrange/create dashboard of their own. I have dashboard created, I just need to share it with them but they should be able to change in that dashboard. Eg. If they click on "X" bar chart of dashboard, it should navigate to particular report, not the raw data of "X" chart. hope it's making sense to you what I want to do.
