page redirects to service-now.com/not_allowed.do

Hi Team,

The page for login redirects to ''*.service-now.com/not_allowed.do''(Security Constraints prevent access to requested page) after certain interval of time. Even if the url is re modified to login page, the page redirects to above mentioned url. I end up closing the browser and re launching it for fresh session. Please advise me any resolution on this. 
The issue is not browser specific, since cache has been cleared and attempts has been made on several browsers. Also, I have disabled the user's id and re-enabled it to remove and re add the roles.

Hi Pravesh,

Can you try zbooting your instance?

Unless you have some customizations done.

You can zboot by selecting Reset and Wipe instance.

Am assuming there have been some modifications done in the system properties or installation exits.

Please note this issue is not there for all the users and is with only one user.

Also there are many customization which have done by other team members which will be lost if I perform a zBoot.  

Please suggest.
