workflow is showing as checkedout by empty user immediately after published

workflow is showing as checkedout by empty user immediately after published. There is no force checkout option. I am unable checkout this workflow. Please help me on this

Hello @Nagasri 

Go to Workflow versions (wf_workflow_version) table and filter with your workflow name. Then open the version which is checked out, and then click on show workflow link in Related links section. Then once the workflow loads, you should be able to see the force checkout button.

Thanks for your reply but I did the same but unable to force checkout option. It is still showing published(checkedout by). when I check the context menu it is not showing force checkout option
