PagerDuty buttons not showing in ServiceNow Operations Workspace for Incident Management

My org currently uses PagerDuty integration for Incident Management to page out the resources as needed for an Incident. We are current using the ServiceNow Next Experience UI and these PagerDuty buttons show up right next to Save Update Resolve bar while inside an Incident Ticket with P1/P2 Priority
We are now planning to transition to Service Operations Workspace. Upon going inside a Major Incident or a P2 Incident ticket in SOW, these PagerDuty buttons are not displayed anywhere.
Can anyone advice how to fix this issue?

It might be because the UI action hasn’t been configured for the workspace yet.
