Parent child relationship in a change request

I need to create a report for the customer where if Change record has child records , I need to get the count of child records.

FIlters are : Parent record has CI "ABC" and planned end date at or after today.

Customer wants the same in List view. I explained him thru Pivot table but he is not convinced.

I have attached one example screenshot where parent has 2 child records.

Please suggest if it is possible through Database view or any other method

Hi Akanksha,

you can try using self join on your change_request table and create database view
