Password update in LDAP

Hi,

We have integrated with LDAP and the login to ServiceNow instance is managed using the password in the LDAP.

The policy in it requires a password change every 3 months.

When users log in to the ServiceNow instance they use the stored password in their browser which is not correct after changing in LDAP.

Users are not aware of this and don't understand why they can't log in, using the old passwords.

Is there a way to resolve this?

There is a system property which dissallows saving your password. Otherwise you have to do some very custom stuff to do that
