PDI Instance status Refreshing for a long time

My PDI Instance showing Refreshing for a long time now, I cannot able to perform Instance action because of this issue

Hi @Kri ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Hence, I would recommend you to wait some time to see if it comes online again. If it doesn't come online again, the only available solution is to release your instance and request a fresh installation.

Please remember, if you haven't backed up your instance, all work will be lost by a release - You do not have the possibility to restore from previous.

Hi Anders, Its been 3 days I'm seeing only Refreshing status and I cannot perform other Instance Action because of it. I have configured a lots in my PDI, Backing up of all this configuration is bit challenge for me

Can you tell me a way how to handle it?

Hi @Kri ,

3 days is a long time - if you haven't taken any backup of your configuration / Customization in your PDI, then you have a decision to make. 

1. Wait - since it have been 3 days I'm not sure that it will ever come back but instead "just" be reclaimed due to inactivity. 
2. Release - You have NO option to restore any configuration / Customization, and you have to start from scratch. 

Above is the only to options available - not any good, but their isn't any other.
