Peer Review Approval notification in change request

Hi All,

Currently we have notification for change request when approval field is approved and rejected. We have different levels of approval like peer review approval, manual approval, change management approval. Now we need to create a new notification to assignee when peer review approval is done.

Your assistance on this would be highly appreciated!

you can have some thing on the Notification Condition assuming ua notification is on change table

State is Peer Review

and

Approval changes to Approved?

HI Pari,

You can create your own notification for the assignee.

1. When to send : Select from here your state name where your review is done. 

2.Who will receive : select right person name here you want to notify.

3. what it will contain: write a subject and the message which you want to give as a notification.

Thanks much for your reply!

But our case is like we have step by step approval process like shown below,

State changes only when the change mgt approval gets completed, until state is 'open' for all levels of approvals. We need to trigger notification when 'Approval - Peer' is done.
