As user is not in company , so logically you need to cancel that request / record and update your flow so that that user name should not come again in approval and proceed.
Else, if it is one record only, then with exception , try to approve as admin and proceed. else there is no way.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Sirisha Thota ,
This is serious ! when it come to licences...
create a user offboarding process to make sure user are offboarded when they leave the company.
(Generaly workflow, flow or scheduled job can do the job...)
For now to approve the record you can use admin previlage to approve it (make sure to update the worknotes and additional comments for this forced).
or
fix the process and retrigger the workflow with new request (or rerun the workflow before approval step)
☑️ Please mark responses as HELPFUL or ACCEPT SOLUTION to assist future users in finding the right solution....

Hi @Sirisha Thota Usual process is to get approval from internally for that request, once they give green light as a admin you can approve the request. If they say you have to cancel, then cancel the request
