- Trend by: Closed; Aggregation period: Month; Multiple series by Result/State
- Enable Data labels: Percentage
- Observe: Backed out=6 shows ~7.06%; Successful=438 shows ~7.30% in a month where Core shows ~1.33% and ~97.33%
- Expected: Percent per month (value ÷ that month’s total across all series)
- Actual: Percent appears to be value ÷ series total across the entire date range
- Impact: Misleading KPIs on workspace dashboards; users draw incorrect conclusions
