Hi Team,
We are getting too many cases for the following:
- Default Semaphore Impacted
- MySQL Replication Behind
Every time ServiceNow highlight a completely different transactions which causes these issues. Which worries me if there is something wrong at the backend which is causing this.
Can you help me to know what it really is and Should I worry?
What all actions can I take to control the situation and Are there any best practices which I can follow to improve it for the future?
