Personal instance is offline

When trying to start the instance we get an error "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." as shown below:

And when try to run the instance URL we get the error below:

How we can fix this problem, anyone can help please?

Hi @zaidghnemat 

This is very common issue from last 2-3 days and there is no support available from SN on this. So if it not a critical PDI for you , release this and take a new one.

remember if you release this, your old configuration  also lost.

Or if you can wait few more hours , lets wait.
