Picture as a link - Service Catalog

Hi All,

I have to place a picture in the catalog item. Clicking on that should redirect to another page.

Please let me know how to achieve this?

Hi @Vinu 

you can add an HTML variable at the beginning of your form. And there you can upload a image and link it to the target page with the given buttons in the richtext editor bar.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to achieve your requirement:

1) Navigate to your catalog item and then create a new Variable with type as "Rich text label" and then in Rich text field upload your Image as shown below:

Now once you click on Insert/edit image icon as highlighted above, upload your image as shown below:

This variable type also allows you to adjust the Height / Width of the image you are uploading as well.

Once this is uploaded. the image will be shown and now select that image and click on the option "Insert/Edit Link" as shown below:

Now add your link which you want and you can also select if you want to open this in a New Window or Same window as shown below:
