Plan Start date and Plan End Date standard change ticket

want to ask
Can we change the plan Start & plan End date at Standard change when state already Scheduled and Implement? what is the best practice said? what is the recomendation ITIL V4?

Hi @mohamadandri 

"Ideally, the planned date should not be changed when a change is already scheduled or in the 'Implement' state. Doing so is a process violation—whether it's a standard change or any other type. Also, it's not IYILV4; it's ITIL4

No.. it's not a good practice to change the planned start date after the state moved to scheduled or implement.
