Hi,

Please help me based on the issue type KB articles will display it in the portal.

Please help me out where i have configured this one.

I have configured this one very long back not able to recollect it.

Agree with @ArsalanChaudhry  it is backend view but it is good we should not show backend view to our users.

 

Try to change

Hi @kranthi2,

 

It appears that the Service Portal view is pointing to the backend view rather than the "frontend" view.

Have you employed AI Search in your instance?

 

Ensure to inspect the AI Search Results Action Configuration (sp_ai_search_results_action_config).

Look for Knowledge Bases, and in the 'Portal page' field, confirm that the value is set to 'kb_article_view' to appropriately direct to the frontend view.
