Please help me to call Ui Page with Mail script

Hi All,

There is an requirement to call Ui page with mail script.

Requirement;

one the incident is resolved . The notification will trugger to User as incidnet resolved.

there is an emoji smiley in resolved email to outlook.

one the user clicks on the emoji. There should be an validation whether the particular user who clicked and caller of the incident is same or not.

can anyone let me know is there any possibility or not

i have seen the link its was sending an input to mail script from UI page.

i need in a reverse mail script to ui page
