Hello,
I created a record producer in the Service catalog for internal users to put in a future project request form and it'll be assigned to the project manager to be approved or not. However, as a Sys Admin I am able to view the entries but when I impersonate the project manager they are not able to see the same thing. How can I fix this issue?
Admin View:
PM View (Req number does not appear in list view)

Do you have ACLs on requests? OOB, i think approvers can see the requests.
You may need to modify your ACLs to allow users to see the request.
