OnClick button on list view of the csm/fsm configurable workspace with Wizard view

I want to create a UI action button in list view of my Csm workspace .
On clicking the button , wizard view should come listing the tables . Upon selecting the table  a new record form should open under that table in workspace only
I have attached screenshots  of similar functionality  implemented for case form which i needed to implement for workspace
