Populated fields in a ServiceNow report is exporting as blank in PDF and excel

Hello,

I have a report based on 'table task_assessment_detail' table which includes fields (Assigned to, Company, Region, Time zone). When I run report in ServiceNow, all field are populating as expected.

But when I export it to excel or pdf (Assigned to, Company, Region, Time zone) fields are blank.

Anyone having idea on this? Help would be appreciated.

Possibly dot walked fields export does not work I guess. Refer link Populated field in a report is exporting as blank

Hi Jaspal,



For admin it is working as expected. I exported report and all values are available. But when end user is trying to export report, user is getting report as mentioned.

Hi Nikhil,



Possibly an ACL for Instance table or Instance table's field like Assigned To, Company etc. Modify read ACL & all should be up I guess.

I don't think so, because when end user run report in ServiceNow, all field are populating as expected. We are facing issue only while exporting report.
