Hi,

Portal once i click on All tickets then i want move the positions of the closed and open incidents.

Once i click on "All Tickets" then will redirect to the below page.

like as per my screenshot i want to move the places of the closed incidents, open incidents, watched incidents etc.

 

Please help me out how to configure the same.

Hi,

You cannot move these tabs as the HTML code is static.

What you can do is create duplicate tabs (which will show same list) and manage visibility of tabs based on the selection.

Use <ng-if> to manage visibility of tabs in your widget HTML.

You cannot move these tabs as the HTML code is static.

What you can do is create duplicate tabs (which will show same list) and manage visibility of tabs based on the selection.

Use <ng-if> to manage visibility of tabs in your widget HTML.

Business use case is : user wants to see first open incidents, then closed incidents then resolved incidents like the same.

Any specific reason why we are not able to configure the same.

This is a tool / system and every tool and system come with a predefined way to use and configuration. and what you need is a changes which is not available or cant do.
