Hi All,
I want to know if it is possible to use the OOTB PIR from the MIM Workbench if we have already configured an ITSM Workspace to created, mitigate and resolve incidents?
We currently have an API that launches our postmortems into another database repository but it has been problematic for quite some time now.
Or do we have to fully utilize the Incident Mgmt. module and then use the MIM Workbench instead?
