Price is not updating in Service Portal

Hi folks

 

I need to put some prices in itens and it seems that the field "price" (first image) from the item is not updating when I change the quantity (second image). Any idea on how to make the price field update based on the quantity field?

Hi,

Out of box, that field doesn't update as that's the price per item. When you add those items to your cart or if you select order now, the subtotal price will be updated to reflect the overall total. If you want the price to change in that section on the catalog item itself, you'd have to customize things to make that work.
