Pricing details of Plugins

I would like to know the charges that incurs for installing below plugins in Sub-PROD instances.

1. Automation Discovery

2.ITSM success Dashboard Indicators.

Generally licensing and costs primarily apply to the production instance where users are actively working and supporting. ServiceNow typically does not charge for sub-production instances like development or test.

 

But as suggested by Atul above, It is advised to consult your Account manager before installing any plugins.

Hi @UttamSai ,

 

There are no cost for installing plugins etc. in sub PROD instances, only PROD instances. For the specific cost in PROD, you need to reach out to your ServiceNow account representative.
