Hi All,
here I have a requirement where
I have a group with 3 members where they have a Mastercard email id
but now client needs to have infy email id for those same group members so that they can receive the notification when their assignment group is populated on the ritm ..
can anyone tell me how to config this ?? it the first time I came across this type of req.
(also, FYI those members are not on dev and only available on test )..

Hi @tushar_ghadage, If this is only one off case (for 3 users only), then in the notification record under "Who will receive" tab you have this option to add any email you like, even if the email is not there in the user record or ServiceNow any where. You can simply navigate to the respective notification for the RITM you have already created and follow the steps below.
Steps :
Add the email in the email text field shown in the snip below and hit enter. It will get added to the list. You can add as many Email ID's you need. I have added 2 for example purpose.

Hi @VikMach This is static, so every time these emails are used, they will receive notifications. I don’t think this is a good approach.
