Hi @poco ,

There is feature in ServiceNow Delegate Approvals, with this the Approvals are sent to the Delegated personas.
You can find this related list on the User profile related list.

Here, you can select the Delegate user, and select what to be delegated.
Approvals,
Assignments
All Notifications
Meeting Notifications
