Hi all,
I need to write a on submit client script to check for the excel file attachment. Catalog Item should be submitted if the excel file is attached otherwise it should display error message and client script is working fine for the Native UI page but the problem is with the Service Portal.
In service portal I am unable to retrieve sys_ids of the attachments without using DOM manipulation. I am able to get catalog sys_id but I want attached files sys_ids so that I could run query through them and find out if any excel file is attached.
Can someone help me in retrieving attached files sys_ids?
