Hello @chandanabolmal
After completing the CSA (Certified System Administrator) and ITSM (IT Service Management) certifications, your next steps depend on your career goals and areas of interest within ServiceNow. Here are some recommendations:
1. Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Who should pursue it? If you're interested in building custom applications, advanced scripting, and leveraging the ServiceNow platform to create tailored solutions.
Details: This certification focuses on designing and implementing custom applications using ServiceNow's App Engine.
2. CIS Certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist)
Who should pursue it? If you want to specialize in specific modules of ServiceNow.
Options:
CIS – HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery): Ideal if you're focusing on HR processes.
CIS – CSM (Customer Service Management): Great for implementing and managing customer workflows.
CIS – ITAM (IT Asset Management): Focuses on managing hardware, software, and cloud assets.
Details: Each CIS certification validates your expertise in implementing specific ServiceNow applications.
3. CIS – Discovery or CIS – Service Mapping
Who should pursue it? If you're interested in infrastructure and operations management.
Details: These certifications are focused on automating asset and service mapping for better visibility and operational efficiency.
4. Advanced IT Certifications
CIS – Event Management: Ideal for those focusing on monitoring and operational health.
CIS – SecOps (Security Operations): Perfect for a cybersecurity-focused career path.
5. ServiceNow Architect Journey
Who should pursue it? If you're aiming to move into strategic roles such as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
Details: Focus on mastering multiple ServiceNow domains and earning experience as an advanced consultant.
Tips to Decide:
Career Goals: Align certifications with your professional aspirations (developer, consultant, administrator, or architect).
Current Role Needs: Check what aligns with your organization's needs.
Demand in the Market: Research which certifications are in demand in your region or industry.
Good luck with your certification journey! Let me know if you need further guidance.
If this helps please hit like and mark it as an accepted solution.
Thank You
