Printers CI name is not getting populated by Discovery

Printers of the manufacture Kyocera are being discover through Discovery. However, they don't have the name field populated in the Configuration Item table. This is only happening for this specific manufacture, the rest are fine. Could this be a configuration in ServiceNow that needs to be modified or is it the way the printers are set-up from the manufacture? Thank you!

No, unfortunately I haven't been able to solve the issue. I opened a case in Hi to see if they can help me with it. The issue is that the OID number is not bringing any results back.

Go to discovery status and debug patterns for this printers.
Most probably, name command is not giving any results for these printers and you need to create an extension section for these printers.
