which roles can move the Problem to the Closed state from Assess state?

Roles which can close the problem record are:
1) admin
2) problem_admin
3 )problem_manager
4) problem_coordinator
5) sn_problem_write

Hi Abhisek,

 

You need to has role: problem_admin, problem_coordinator, problem_manager, problem_task_analyst, or admin.

 

When the state of the problem task is Assess, you can click the Cancel button to enters the Closed state with Close code as Canceled if you do not need to work on the task.

Rahul, could you please confirm option #5? This appears to be in conflict with all other documentation.
