Hi ServiceNow Folks,
I got a new scenario while mapping fields from Excel to ServiceNow table. This issue is happening while mapping the reference fields.
Excel sheet Teamplate -
Import Set-
Transform map -
Scenario 1- Field Name is a dependent field on Table name (See the screenshot below). Now when I mapped the HR Service Name and Field Name it didn't worked. But when I hardcoded it from Transform map script explicitly the values are appearing in list view but the in the record field is coming blank.
Scenario 2- There in one more field Document which is opening a dialogue box where we need to select 'Table Name and 'Document' (document referenceing to HR Service Table). Unable to map the data here either by Transform map script or Field mapping assist.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated.
