Problem Model Setup forces one model and no selection window when creating a new problem

When testing the ITSM Problem Model setup and creating a new problem, I am unable to not set a default model.  In addition, when selecting a newly created model, the OOB model is always used.

Also, no selection window appears when creating a new problem.

Concern on other models.

You need to create a new model and set it as the default. At least one model must have the “default” flag set to true — that’s the expected behavior.

I have set the new model as default, but it is not being picked up by ServiceNow.

Hi @Ronald ONeal

We need to add it in the interceptor

This works fine.  Thanks.  But I need an interceptor when creating a new problem, not the tasks.
