Problem Model Setup forces one model and no selection window when creating a new problem

Ronald ONeal

When testing the ITSM Problem Model setup and creating a new problem, I am unable to not set a default model.  In addition, when selecting a newly created model, the OOB model is always used.

Also, no selection window appears when creating a new problem.

Concern on other models.

Hi @Ronald ONeal

I created a new PRB model, and it’s working fine. Try cache.do

I have the menu coming up now, but when I select either option, they both go to the same default model.

Hi @Ronald ONeal

I’m not getting the interceptor — it’s directly redirecting me to the new model. Please try disabling the interceptor or check within the interceptor once. I’m on the Zurich release.

Why doesn't the following work with the two different prb_model sys_ids?

problem.do?sys_id=-1&sysparm_query=prb_model=###########################

Not sure mate might be cache issue, Try cache.do
