Typically, ServiceNow requires you to submit the form in order for a problem ticket to be created. Simply opening the form without submitting it should not create a problem ticket.
However, if you are unsure whether a ticket was created or not, you can check the incident or problem list in ServiceNow to see if a new ticket has been created. Alternatively, you can reach out to your ServiceNow administrator or IT support team for assistance in confirming whether a ticket has been created.
It's also worth noting that ServiceNow has features such as auto-save, which can save your progress in a form even if you don't submit it. So, if you accidentally left the form open for an extended period of time, it's possible that your work may have been saved.
Again, if you are unsure whether a problem ticket was created or not, it's best to check with your IT support team for assistance.

Hi @Sharkrocks
I don't think the problem would have been created in this case please refer to the screenshot attached below and check whether this is the create new option you are refering to, if yes then you can rest assured there is nothing to worry because until and unless you save that record by clicking on the button nothing gets saved , and if any day you find any unnecessary problem ticket got created due to any reasons and you know that it wouldn't be of any use you can select that ticket and delete it from the dropdown as shown in the second image attached
