Hi All,

I am looking some modification in problem form wherein I wanted to have change task clouser manadate before closing the problem ticket .

in case one try to close the task it should dispaly the msg on screen you need to close all open problem task before completing the problem ticket.

Hi @KamanaM 

I think you are referring to Problem task in first line not the change task. If that is case, try to disable this property and see are you getting any error message, might be it work OOTB for you.

if not then you need to create a BR
