I am new to the servicenow platform and I want to do a demo project on IT Service management or Operations management in my company. So,what kind of project can I implement such that it is useful to the company and myself.

Honestly Its up to you what you find useful for your organization. service now offers many Module can be commonly used and also have free plugin which can be implemented.



I personally suggest you should try thinking about SCRUM module which contain Enhancement, stories, issues, risk sprint, releases. The reason why i suggest because more or less every in IT operations knows these terms.
