Provide access on sc_req_item table for a custom role

Hi, community team!

Maybe, someone has an idea of how provide access for a custom  role (created by instance admin) on base table (sc_req_item)

Need permission view and modify records in the table.

What I tried to do:

- provide access via ACL - not work

- try found some restrictions in DB rule...

My object is to create a custom role and provide access on sc_req_item table.

For this role create a custom menu with modules: Open/Assigned to me/Open without assignee/All records by sc_req_item table.

Thanks

If you want them to have the same access as an ITIL user but only to the sc_req_item table you should just need to add that role to the same ACLs as the ITIL role.  You may need to also add a custom ACL for work notes to override the ACL from the part table TASK.
