Quantity not showing up Service Portal Order Guide

I am creating an Order Guide for use on the Service Portal and am having an issue getting the quantity to display on the included items. I am using a modified version of the SC Order Guide widget that allows for the toggles to be defaulted to the off position (that's the only change to the widget made). In the Rule Base I have unchecked Use cart layout and have selected Show quantity. In the application the quantity is shown and can be selected, but in the Service Portal it is not visible. Am I missing a setting, or is it just not usable in the Service Portal? I am in London on this instance.
One other quick question, I have set the Delivery time on the catalog items in the order guide to 14 days, but it still says the default 2 day delivery in both the application and the portal, do I need to change a different field?
