Query on ServiceNow Jira integration

Dear all,

 

I have a question on ServiceNow Jira integration. We got a requirement from client , there is one resolution team who works on incident tickets in ServiceNow . Most of the incident they will resolve if they are straight forward , for few incidents they may have to fix the issue by doing code changes which requires time . For this they will create manually project record in Jira which contains few fields like due date etc. Now the requirement is when they create project record in Jira for specific ServiceNow incidents  ,comments that will get updated at project records in Jira , it needs to be copied to incident work notes in ServiceNow to understand about that project progress.

 

In addition to comments ,they want to know some field values also from Jira( Project record field values) like due date , project go live date etc. What is the best way to implement this and how ?

Hi @pot, the simplest method is with a no-code solution such as Unito. It's less expensive and more intuitive than a Spoke. Here's a guide on how to implement Unito with ServiceNow. Let me know if you have any questions!
