Hi @ManikantaK75722

Being a ServiceNow trainer and working closely with many individuals — including freshers, non-IT professionals, and even IT folks who are either planning to join or have recently joined the ServiceNow ecosystem — I’d like to share an honest and clear perspective.

These days, ServiceNow has become both wide and deep in scope. Simply having a CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification may not be enough to secure a role, but that doesn't mean the CSA holds no value. In fact, CSA helps your CV get shortlisted.

As I mentioned in my earlier reply, here’s what you should focus on:

  • Add more products/modules to your CV

  • Brush up on your core and foundational skills

  • Get hands-on experience wherever possible

  • Actively participate in the ServiceNow Community to gain insights and understand real-life use cases

I'm happy to help further if you need any guidance

CSA is the first place to start — it’s the foundational and most important course and certification. It gives you a comprehensive overview of the platform, its components, building blocks, and much more, which will be helpful anytime in the future.

The Community is the best place to learn for free. Spend 2–3 hours daily browsing the community—see what questions members are asking and how others are replying. Learn from their knowledge, use cases, and experiences.

But don’t just stop at reading—start answering questions too! Even if you’re late to the game, try to answer 5–7 questions daily. It’s one of the fastest ways to grow your skills and confidence.
