Question about Ignoring a backed-out Update set

I need some help with a situation. I was updating a catalog item in DEV, but before I finished, I had to step out of the room. When I came back, my small dog who had been asleep on my desk was standing there. I sat down to start working again and found that she had somehow managed to delete 16 out of 17 variables. I can only assume she had stepped on the delete key or something similar. After a brief panic attack, I completed the update set and backed it out, and everything went back to the way it had been before I had started my updates...all of the variables were back and the catalog item worked fine.

My question now is, should I set the State of the update set I backed out in DEV to "Ignore" so that when I retrieve the completed update sets into my Test environment it doesn't get included?

Thank you!

Hello @Mike LHCG1 ,

When you complete the update set in dev and retrieved it then only it is included in the retrieved list. So, if you are not completed it before then if you have retrieved new update sets in test then it is not included in the list as it is not in "Completed" state.

But for your understanding you can set it as "Ignore" and create new one for your requirement or use same (but need to verify).

If my answer helped you in any way, please mark it as helpful or correct.

Thank You!!
