"New" button for the change in the SOW is not working for the ITIL users but admin users are able to create new change with the same button. Compared with PDI as well but no differences.
Please suggest.

okay.. @Nandini22 Thanks for the update.
Few checks to perform:
-
Try updating and repairing the SOW plugin.
-
If it works, great! Then try with another user and just assign the 'change_write' role to check.
-
If it still doesn't work, log a case with Now Support. (We had a similar issue in KM, in the last two days and eventually concluded with a Now Support case.)
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Okay I'm planning to repair the plugin "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications".
Will this affect any customizations which my team has done in the SOW on top of OOB?

Hi @Nandini22
No, it will not, better try in Dev first and check.
