Hi,
I have created a report and shared with Everyone. A user is trying to access the Report , have added some filter conditions but unable to save the Report. I am able to see the "Save" button as admin but the User is not.
I have impersonated to two other Users and they cannot see the "Save" button as well.
HELP?
Note - We have recently upgraded the instance to Utah , initially we did not face this issue.
Thanks,
Vaishnavi

The User you are impersonating might not have the role of report_admin.
Thats why the button is not visible to users.
Mark my Solution as Accept, if you find it helpful.

Hi @Vaishnavi35 ,
It's properly a roles issue: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/c_Adminste...

If user has created the report, they should be able to see edit and save it but if they don't have "report_admin" role, they won't be able to edit any report except the ones created by them.
Since, admin would have this role, you are able to see it, but if you are non admin user, you would need the "report_Admin" role.
