"Work note" field in the filter of a report

Hello,

How do I get the "Work note" field to appear in the filter of an incident report ? I only see the "Work note list" field.

Hi Thibaut,

Unfortunately reporting on Worknotes & Additional Comments field or any field of type journal is not available for reporting.

You need to create a database view for required table (Incident, RITM, etc.) & sys_journal_field table & then report on view accordingly.
