Is there way we cold raise a change request from portal view and create a workflow where once the state of the RFC raised changes then multiple Requests should be created.

Can you elaborate a bit more on this? To confirm, you want the ability to insert a Change Request record from the Service Portal? Would this be done via a button press or some other similar type of action? Once the state of the Change Request changes, you want Service Catalog Requests to be created?

The RFC would be created through a Catalog form, and a workflow should be attached to it. Wherein, when the state of the RFC raised changes we need to create new Service Requests.

You can use a record producer to insert a change request record; the record producer would appear as a form/catalogue item in the Service Portal. Traditionally, change request records already have workflow attached, however, you may need to create a new 'type' of change and a new workflow that can handle the specific steps you are trying to achieve.

Okay, I'll try to give it a try. Thank you for the response.
